Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask Brandy was born from a collaboration between Sullivans Cove Distillery and the thriving Tasmanian wine industry, when ten years ago we were given the opportunity to distil wines from the Huon Valley. The result is a spirit of incredible complexity and character, matured for many years by the unique Tasmanian climate in various European and American oak casks.
Like our Single Cask whiskies, XO Single Cask Brandy is bottled one cask at a time, allowing each to express its own unique character and producing only a very few bottles of rare quality.
