Riverbourne Distillery - Dark Rum (First Release)

This dark sipping rum is made from the finest Northern NSW molasses some of the sugar cane being grown by my Nephew on the old family property "Oaklands" at Coraki. The Yeasts were pitched into this sweet warm brew in Autum of 2016 and double distilled and then barrelled into an ex port barrel to age and mature to this beautiful dark rum.
