Very few bottles of this cult favourite now remain. Distilled prior to the distilleries closure from 1996-2002, this '15 year old' bottled in 2015 is not so quietly known to contain whisky that's actually at least 19 years old. It is was also distilled at a time when GlenDronach was able to use direct coal fire to power their stills and used 100% ex-Oloroso Sherry casks in the maturation of this 15 year old expression.

Hibiki 21 year old Japanese Blended Whisky - 43% ABV
The Hibiki 21 Year lies in the middle of Suntory’s Hibiki line, between the Hibiki 17 Year Old and Hibiki 30 Year Old releases. When blending the whisky the goal is to find harmony, or a delicate balance. This pursuit leads the master blender to choose the best combination of whiskies from across Suntory’s notable distilleries. This has taken centuries to perfect, but the result is a truly world-class bottle.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A RARE, NEVER OFFICIALLY RELEASED IN AUSTRALIA 350ML BOTTLE AND NOT 700ML
Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select Japanese Whisky 43% 700ml
The Master’s Select is a blend of more than ten malt and grain whiskies which are aged in five different types of casks from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It was developed by Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo and its production overseen by the third generation master blender and great-grandson of Suntory founder, Shingo Torii.
With sweet sherry notes, Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master’s Select is described as a delicate harmonious expression that is subtle and complex.
